Estimate the setup your event actually needs
Start with app access for participants. If their own phones are enough, you may not need rented trackers at all. Add rented phones, GSM trackers, satellite trackers, delivery, setup, or race-day support only when the event needs them.
MapCatch also fits small afternoon family games that can be prepared in minutes, with one-day phone events from 2 EUR or 50 CZK per participant. The 10-participant default below is an example, not a fixed event quote. Bring-your-own phones can remove rental hardware costs, but setup, permissions, charging, and battery discipline move to participants. All prices shown include VAT.

Small phone-based events can be prepared quickly and priced with the 1-day option when no rented devices are needed.
App access is included for every participant. Rented Android phones cost the same as GSM trackers and include up to 7 days. Each additional started week is priced separately.
If participants use their own phones, rented hardware can be skipped. Phone setup, permissions, charging, and battery management stay with the participants. Rented or preconfigured Android phones are the fallback when you want app benefits without relying on participant setup and battery discipline.
Satellite options are priced per started 30-day service period. Plan for shipment at least 3 days before the event starts. Position consolidation, map and dashboard coordination, support, and special logistics can be quoted separately. Displayed prices include VAT.

Add support when the event needs more help
We have more than 20 years of race experience, including the oldest bikepacking race in Europe: Lost Ride, and Spiral MTB, where riders see only 10 km ahead and do not know where the finish line is.
Remote event setup. Phone-based event creation, GPX import, participant invite/import, tracking settings, public link publishing, chat, and route edits can be self-service. Hardware, paid access, external trackers, subscriptions, and operations help are quoted separately.
On-site assistance. Start-area setup, tracker assignment, participant support, troubleshooting, and race-day coordination are priced by agreement.
Post-event support. Replay checks, result corrections, device return follow-up, and cleanup can be handled after the event when needed.
