Pricing
The mobile app is always included and is not mandatory. Add rented mobile phones, GSM trackers, satellite trackers, and EU delivery or collection when needed. Rented Android phones cost the same as GSM trackers and add app-based second-level precision tracking. Bring-your-own phones can skip rental hardware costs, but participants are responsible for configuration and charging. Rented mobile phones and GSM trackers use a first-week price with lower additional started weeks; satellite trackers are priced per started 30-day service period. All prices shown include VAT.

Shipping, collection, and handling
Estimated EU shipping, return collection, and fixed handling costs for rented devices.
App access is included for every participant. Rented Android phones cost the same as GSM trackers and include up to 7 days, with each additional started week priced separately. If riders use their own phones, rented hardware can be skipped; phone setup, permissions, charging, and battery management stay with the participants. Satellite options are priced per started 30-day service period. Plan for shipment at least 3 days before the event starts. Position consolidation, map and dashboard coordination, support, and special logistics can be quoted separately. Displayed prices include VAT.

Add support when the event needs more help
We have more than 20 years of race experience, including the oldest bikpacking race in Europe: Lost Ride, and Spiral MTB, where riders see only 10 km ahead and do not know where the finish line is.
Remote event setup. We can help prepare the event, routes, tracking mix, participant setup, and organiser workflow before race day.
On-site assistance. Start-area setup, tracker assignment, participant support, troubleshooting, and race-day coordination help are priced by agreement.
Post-event support. Replay checks, result corrections, device return follow-up, and cleanup can be handled after the event when needed.
