MapCatch puts tracking, organising, and watching into one app and one live event view. Participants can share live positions, organisers can publish updates or dynamic route changes, and followers can watch progress without switching between separate tools.

One app, one event picture
The MapCatch app supports live tracking, organiser controls, public watching, route progress, standings, messages, replay, result corrections, and route changes when the event needs to adapt in the field.
We rent regular Android phones at the same price as dedicated trackers, giving events second-level precision tracking at the same cost.
If participants already carry suitable phones, the event can skip rental hardware entirely, which removes shipping, hand-out, collection, and device assignment work.
Organisers can manage participants, publish official messages, change routes dynamically, and keep the live event view aligned with real conditions.
Crews, families, and fans can follow the same live map with route progress, standings, arrival estimates, chat, and replay.
Rental phones weigh below 200 g and last up to 100 hours while tracking, so phone-based tracking can fit endurance formats without tracker-level compromises.
When riders use their own phones, proper configuration, permissions, battery management, and charging are their responsibility. For some events, rented prepared phones are the more predictable option.
